I have downloaded the free license vector file from vecteezy.com - Its a roll up banner design, I opened the file in Inkscape and trying to change the color of the banner but the color does not change when I select the element and select a color under "fill and stroke" or when I select from the bottom color swatches. Deep in the project with no clue what the art would look like or where it was coming from, I stumbled upon a bunch of musician silhouette images on Creative Market. I got lucky – my art strategy up until now was “I’ll worry about it later”, and these images ended up setting the tone for the whole game.
