    I have downloaded the free license vector file from vecteezy.com - Its a roll up banner design, I opened the file in Inkscape and trying to change the color of the banner but the color does not change when I select the element and select a color under "fill and stroke" or when I select from the bottom color swatches.     A stock vector was downloaded from vecteezy.com, using their free license. The vector was used in a video that was published in an e-blast and on social media. I had forgotten that was the case, and informed them afterwards, and we purchased the official pro license for the vector.
