I have downloaded the free license vector file from vecteezy.com - Its a roll up banner design, I opened the file in Inkscape and trying to change the color of the banner but the color does not change when I select the element and select a color under "fill and stroke" or when I select from the bottom color swatches. A stock vector was downloaded from vecteezy.com, using their free license. The vector was used in a video that was published in an e-blast and on social media. I had forgotten that was the case, and informed them afterwards, and we purchased the official pro license for the vector. However, vecteezy has informed me that the video needs to be re-posted and re-published to match the purchase date of the pro-license.... Source: over 2 years ago
