  • Where to do research
Government Agencies. They usually call their designer's visual information specialist. Check usa.gov. Source: 8 months ago
  • From making 60,000 annually to 16 hourly?
Does show that show up on the usa.gov website or is that on another website. I'm new to the different agencies and stuff. Source: 11 months ago
  • Sen. Katie Britt to Pentagon boss: ‘Cut through the politics,’ move Space Command to Alabama
Okay. So DoD is comprised of military departments. The Armed Forces are comprised of military departments. They are all the same organizations. Colloquially, most people accept the use of the word "branch" to describe a segment of this community, up to and including the usa.gov website, the USO, military.com, etc. But if it makes you feel righteous, we can insist that here, within this sub, within this... • Elon Musk Has Broken Disaster-Response Twitter
Like I said, if you only allow USGS employees to make accounts on the USGS instance, then there is no moderation needed. Such a theoretical USGS instance would not repost or broadcast external content without someone on the USGS instance explicitly reposting or boosting. It's like making your own website. usa.gov doesn't worry about moderating content from bigdicks dot info because that content will never show up... Source: about 1 year ago
  • Driving with a foreign drivers license
According to usa.gov, this depends on the state and for Indiana it refers you to the BMV but I can't find any definitive information there. Source: about 1 year ago

StreamYard mentions (21)

  • The Myth of 'Just Press Record' in Podcasting
Recording an episode is not just a conversation but a production. With tools like StreamYard, we can connect with guests, capturing both video and audio. New additions like custom layouts and local recordings, have been game changers for CodingCat.dev. If a code sharing session gets blurry we have a copy from the users local device that we can make fixes! But the process doesn't stop there. The raw files are... - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
  • Building a (Virtual) Events Site
I originally signed up for Streamyard because the streaming options in Crowdcast v1's built in streaming were very limited. This has since improved enormously, but Streamyard has a number of other features that make it useful to me. The ability to do multi-streams is helpful as we've started streaming to both YouTube and Crowdcast at the same time. The customizable displays and branding are useful too. I'm sure I... - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
  • Zen Voltron Assemble!
Given the state of the world, this is likely the best idea. I have done many video group meetings to talk about Buddhism and Zen using: skype, Zoom, streamyard and OBS studio, and sending in video clips that are later edited in a presentation video. Source: 11 months ago
  • What's the best software for recording virtual Podcasts?
I use Streamyard and love it. https://streamyard.com/ (non affiliate link) https://streamyard.com/ (affiliate link - you'll get $10 credit). Source: almost 1 year ago
  • Is there a preferred software for virtual video podcasts?
We've used Streamyard for a couple of years and really like it. Easy to use, nice features and they keep adding more. There's a free plan with some limits as well as paid plans. If you use this link to signup you'll get a $10 credit. Source: about 1 year ago
