You have to somehow extract the structure from world files (stored in LevelDB format so there is no one file which contains the structure). You can try Universal Minecraft Editor which is Windows-only but can handle worlds from Android version as well. For example, in the case of agar.io, you can create different game rooms that can be joined by you're friends with a code.
