Thanks for sharing this. I was actually looking for this type of content as I am considering opening my own startup in the near future. I would suggest though the addition of Twake to the list. You can use LyX. LyX self-describes as a What You See is What You Mean editor, basically a fully graphical editor for writing LaTeX. Source: about 1 year ago
