Weeks ago when tutanota became tuta I had same issues...wouldnt allow me log in. I clicked links provided by tuta to "migrate" data...never worked. Few days later...i was able to log in at https://mail.tutanota.com/login and continued until today, when my credentials were not "valid" anymore so tried at tuta.com and same thing. You can ask your ISP to give you a static IP address to your router, some charge for the service, some don't. The alternative is to use something called a Dynamic DNS (DDNS) service. They will give you a small utility that checks your external IP address every couple of seconds. As soon as it changes it updates the DNS records for you. I use DNS Exit but there is a choice of others. Source: over 1 year ago
DDNS will take care of any changes your ISP makes to your internet facing IP address. I use DNS Exit but there a number of others. Source: over 1 year ago
There's a few other companies out there doing it - most raised the pricing significantly after a few years forcing me to move on. I've used: dnsexit.com, dyndns.com, no-ip.com over the years. Source: over 1 year ago
