You can ask your ISP to give you a static IP address to your router, some charge for the service, some don't. The alternative is to use something called a Dynamic DNS (DDNS) service. They will give you a small utility that checks your external IP address every couple of seconds. As soon as it changes it updates the DNS records for you. I use DNS Exit but there is a choice of others.
