Dolby Vision supplements the HDR data already present in a video. For example, when you buy a Blu-ray disc that supports Dolby Vision, the disc contains several m2ts files containing HEVC encoded videos. Extract the subtitles into an external file like .srt with a tool like MKVExtractGUI-2 and have a look at it with a normal text editor. The multiple \h looks like the leftover over a conversion/embedding gone wrong. Source: over 1 year ago
