To my understating, you can pay to have Obsidian notes sync. I know nothing of the security around the encryption. One of the main reasons that I went with Joplin Notes over Obsidian is that Joplin gave me the ability to sync without paying for access to a server that I don't know well enough to trust. Tips: A few other pointers to make daily standups more productive include keeping your standup groups small so daily updates are agile, concise, and relevant to attendees -- ideally at a 9 person maximum, according to the Scrum Guide.
