NOCD provides online therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions.
Inside the NOCD telehealth platform, people can do live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with licensed therapists that specialize in OCD, as well as get 24/7 support between sessions from self-help tools and peer communities.

I would say try it - it may help with the anorexia too. Decreasing your anxiety could help you address the root issue. I've heard that OCD and anorexia are related as they are both compulsive disorders. I would definitely get into therapy/counseling for these issues. I'm using NOCD (treatmyocd.com) as my therapy as its covered by insurance in the USA. It's been phenomenal!! Meds are helping me to address my... Source: about 1 year ago
I’m sorry, I also developed OCD at 12 and went years without treatment so I know how tough it can be. Do you think you could try a self-guided ERP and/or CBT exercise? I have a CBT worksheet that might be of some help if you need it. Some other helpful websites are OCD-UK and NOCD. Source: over 1 year ago
I know when you're in a bad place you can grasp at straws but (assuming you're in the US) you're better going somewhere like treatmyocd.com (NOCD) which might be covered by your insurance or trying to find a therapist through IOCDF https://iocdf.org/find-help/. Source: over 1 year ago
I'm seeing an ERP therapist through NOCD. She has been super helpful and if you can afford it, I definitely recommend it. After insurance, mine comes out to $50/session, but that can obviously vary. Source: over 1 year ago
Please please please seek out a therapist who is an OCD specialist or one who is well-practiced in Exposure Response Therapy. More likely than not, talk therapy is going to lead to you compulsing/ruminating, which will make things worse. If you are on Instagram, I strongly recommend following ObsessivelyEverAfter and YourAnxietyToolkit. They are therapists doing the work and OCD specialists and I've gotten some of... Admittedly, this is an issue with organization and can be solved with thorough cleanups, but I suspect that may disrupt the usual flow of non-PM people more. I am thinking of using a separate tool like craft.io or productboard.com to highlight strategies, roadmaps, cross-team initiatives, discoveries, etc. With a possible link to JIRA somehow. Has anyone ever tried this? Source: almost 2 years ago
Recently my friend at Productboard noticed an interesting bug in one of our services. For some reason our code responsible for calculating how many days our customers' features spend in certain states (Idea, Discovery, Delivery, etc) in some cases would give us wrong results. - Source: dev.to / about 2 years ago

I use ProductBoard. It's fairly expensive but pretty great. I gather requirements into PB and use the inbuilt editor to flesh them out. When a story is ready I push a button and it ends up in Trello (but you can add your own integrations; there's one for github for example). The integrations aren't perfect but I love it. Used it in my last job and brought it in at my current job. https://productboard.com. - Source: Hacker News / almost 3 years ago
