NOCD provides online therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions.
Inside the NOCD telehealth platform, people can do live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with licensed therapists that specialize in OCD, as well as get 24/7 support between sessions from self-help tools and peer communities.

I would say try it - it may help with the anorexia too. Decreasing your anxiety could help you address the root issue. I've heard that OCD and anorexia are related as they are both compulsive disorders. I would definitely get into therapy/counseling for these issues. I'm using NOCD (treatmyocd.com) as my therapy as its covered by insurance in the USA. It's been phenomenal!! Meds are helping me to address my... Source: 12 months ago
I’m sorry, I also developed OCD at 12 and went years without treatment so I know how tough it can be. Do you think you could try a self-guided ERP and/or CBT exercise? I have a CBT worksheet that might be of some help if you need it. Some other helpful websites are OCD-UK and NOCD. Source: over 1 year ago

What they said ^^^. I also would suggest something like livehealthonline.com as well. (or any other service that offers psychiatry or psychology online)... Often times you can get in same day and I know being able to talk to a therapist on the day I'm struggling has saved me before... Source: about 3 years ago
