Since you have tried the usual suspects (restarting. shutting off, removing/replacing sim, restarting), and assuming that you are seeing TFW as the Carrier on the top of the screen with Bars showing good signal... you could remove it from your account and add it back. I’ve got an odd problem - I can open the visible app and all is fine. But, if I log into visible.com from a web browser on Windows or a Mac (or iPad), after the username and password, I get the SMS text with the code, type it in… and get another text with a new code… then again on more time, then I can’t log in anymore as I get an error that the code has expired. That's fascinating because I LITERALLY moments ago just got off a chat conversation with a customer care rep at visible.com who told me the exact opposite.
