Since at least 2012 I've also been using a text file format from http://todotxt.org/ and more recently I wrote a program that takes a crontab-like list to pre-generate entries on a daily, by-day-name (every Sunday for example), and I also pull in a list of holidays from gov.uk, so they are also populated. Hey guys, thinking of tracking wellness metrics such as sleep water intake etc to a dashboard/app. The main tools I have found are Exist.io, Gyrosco.pe, and conjure.so. Not to complicate things but I use an app called Gyroscope https://gyrosco.pe/ and it ingests data from both Apple Watch and the Oura Ring to give you a more holistic view. Also, this way if I’m not wearing one device I’m still getting data from the other. Also using Pillow with Apple Watch for sleep when I wear the watch to sleep. But overall, I do agree that there is quite a gap between how Apple Watch and Oura... Source: over 1 year ago
