For how to actively distribute the newsletters if you go the email route there’s several services (unless you’re cool with just whacking everyone’s email into a BCC list and sending manually, of course) you might find Tiny Letter useful. Check levels.fyi , SoundCloud Level4, Level5 are barely reaching 100K with YOE 8-10 years. N26 - L4(Senior), L5(Lead) have avg TC around 80-85 and 100-105 respectively.
