Time Out is free, but you can donate for extra options, which I personally do. This is one of these succesful macOS apps that just keeps being updated every year or so. If you then go into the terminal, and run sudo dnf install gnome-pomodoro, you will install the actual GNOME Pomodoro. (By the way, as a sidenote, you must login, log back in, and enable the Extension if you want GNOME Pomodoro to work.). Source: over 2 years ago
