Go to the router panel settings, you should be able to redirect some hostnames (like tiktok.com or whatever) to a custom ip or domain name like 127.0.0.1, so no devices could reach their servers as they will redirected to somewhere else. Source: 12 months ago
Here is what you can try though: In JD, go to Settings - Plugins - tiktok.com - Download Mode - Change this to the opposite of what it currently is.
