It is a Free/Libre OpenSource Software (licensed under GNU/LGPL) which is being released every 8 months under the Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware project. Actively developed by large international community of contributors and translated in over 40 languages Tiki can be used to create all sorts of web-based applications like blogs, news sites, portals, knowledge bases, community wikis, company intranets or extranets.
