  I had ideas to build an app, and made few 2 years ago or so. Indeed these technologies are great to start with. I would suggest going with Kodular.io or thunkable.com instead of appinventor.   No, it's taking a screenshot of the browser's content, then adding padding to the surrounding image, and letting you pick a colour for it. Screenshot Software like Cleanshot X and Xnapper have this feature built in, either as a default or as a customisable setting.They're basically making it unnecessary to use a third-party screenshot tool to achieve the same effect.
