For me the last one as I said and Bitter Lake are my favorites. Bitter lake is a great one if you want to understand the war in Afghanistan and the history of the various conflicts in there. 3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
