Personally, I like the Getting Things Done method, which has you store notes in an "inbox" (for me, that's a Trello board), which you prune daily or weekly, which involves pruning out the stuff that really isn't important or that can just be done right then. Works really great! Also, I'm a 20-year user of TheBrain (thebrain.com), and I can drag and drop the files from my Obsidian vault to TB as links. Be very careful, scammers tend to target newer accounts. Talk to them as much as possible and ask a lot of questions up front. Don't do any work until you've been paid at least partially.
