He presents a reliable approach for finding an audience to serve, "embedding" yourself into their communities, finding good problems to solve, and building your product in public with & for them. Low impact cardio can help you lose weight as effectively as high impact cardio. Set yourself a goal of walking at 7k steps a day until you reach the goal of 10k steps a day.
