I would also recommend reading Arvid Kahl's book https://embeddedentrepreneur.com/. He presents a reliable approach for finding an audience to serve, "embedding" yourself into their communities, finding good problems to solve, and building your product in public with & for them. This book changed the way I think about entrepreneurship.
