  • What can't Bubble.io do?
Congrats on coronavirus.app, I actually used it a ton a while back. You can actually control behavior between desktop/mobile, you just need to build two different pages and set a temp page on load that id's which device the user is on, and based on that it would send them to page.com or page.com/mob. • What can't Bubble.io do?
I also built coronavirus.app. Most of the logic could have been developed with Bubble. The responsiveness of the design, I'm not so sure, though. If you're looking to have complete control on how things look, Bubble probably won't be enough. Or if you want the app to behave substantially differently on mobile and desktop, no-code probably isn't the right tool for the job. Also, I'm not sure how well Bubble scales.... • Does anybody have a good simple graphic explaining ADE (Anti-body dependent enhancement)?
The video had almost exclusively graphs from OWID (posted before) and also coronavirus.app but organized and presented in a certain way. Source: almost 3 years ago

  • 12/20 - 1/4 testing data finally updated: 13.33% average positive test rate; 10,377 average tests per day
No, this means that over 1 in 10 people getting tested for covid actually have covid. Doesn’t have anything to do with the people you encounter, this percentage is really only useful for seeing whether or not we’re testing enough. A low test positive rate means we’re testing enough and recording most cases while a high one means we’re not(and missing a lot of cases). Of course home testing has changed the game... • What happened to covid
Oh it’s still around. They still give updates on the morning news, they’ve pulled back most restrictions and still urge people to be safe and get vaccinated https://covidactnow.org/. Source: over 1 year ago
