Use a native editor. VS Code is IMHO awful. Someone mentioned Sublime which is fast and has some nice features, but its non-native UI is IMHO ugly and clumsy. I created a simplified implementation of AlphaFold 3 (limited strictly to protein monomers) in PyTorch to see if it was possible to train on a single GPU.
