To help me save time and avoid distractions, I’ve been using prompts through the TextExpander app. These prompts are shortcuts that I’ve created to quickly add little instructions I feel I have to repeat often. Finally installed DesktopOK by SoftwareOK.com. It's a bit of a Swiss Army Knife application. It has a "Tools" setting to enable an Alt+MouseDrag to move and/or resize any window by using a precedence key + mouse movement.
