As a last effort I decided to upgrade the BIOS of my GPU. I had 90.16.46.00.31 and upgraded to 90.16.46.00.EF, build dates only differs by 19 days. I did that on the Win 10 VM. I found the BIOS on techpowerup.com here: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?manufacturer=PNY&model=GTX+1650+Super. Source: 11 months ago

If you want to upgrade, I suggest for GPU, check techpowerup.com for 1070ti's relative performance, and for CPU, check cpubenchmark.net for something around 6800k's benchmark score. Source: 11 months ago
I've been looking around at specifically techpowerup.com, trying to compare different versions of the XT 6650. For instance ASrock's OC version of this card recommends only a 550w PSU, it has the same clock speeds as the ASUS version. Which I cannot wrap my head around why they would be different? You can go around some of the extra processing by using other camera apps, for example "Open Camera". It can even shoot RAW photos, so that the least amount of processing is applied to the image. Unfortunately, you can't disable all of the processing, because some of it happen on the hardware, or in the camera's kernel module. https://opencamera.org.uk/. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
If you want to see what the biggest image available is, I suggest using this camera app https://opencamera.org.uk/. Source: over 1 year ago
Shout out to Open Camera though. It has so many features I would have never even thought of. Source: over 1 year ago
