Hello! For my it was a lot of trial and error playing around with numbers. I used https://tdeecalculator.org to find out what my body burns if I were just it go about my day. Eating anything lower than that would be a calorie deficit. I see a lot of people do 200-500 less. You just gotta find a range that works for you. Source: over 2 years ago

Back to the 'how much house can I afford', I saw one on NerdWallet, its numbers were all over the place, another simple one calculator.net here, claims the house we can afford is $471,778 (and $31,000 down). We found a new build with incentives and rate buy down that essentially will be 463,000 some odd, after the pmi up front for the FHA loan, our rate is 6%. So financing like $437,000. So I'm making myself a cutting diet to lose weight and after using 2 different website to find my recommended calorie intake, and having the exacte same settings on both, calculator.net gives me a 1lb lost/week of 2900 cal/day, fatsecret.com says I need to eat 4000 cal/day.
