I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best. We use slite.com (for no particular reason) and link to each sop in a google spreadsheet process thats set up for a particular large task. That spreadshseet is shared among everyone. Each SOP contains a video as well of how to do the task being as specific as possible. Source: almost 2 years ago
