One option would be to have the OS run the task at the given time of day. You would need to break the task out into its own binary or run it based on arguments to the program. Automate from Llamalab might do it for you. https://llamalab.com/automate/ I use it quite extensively and it is free on a limited basis. You can run I think three tasks simultaneously in the free version but you can get around that by creating a scheduling flow that starts other flows in a timed manner if you want.
