"uvu" [3] is getting a lot of love lately, but it's very feature limited and much of it's touted advantages are at the detriment to feature set. I prefer ava.me. Their tech support is very responsive. I started with Otter but after a year I still haven't gotten a single reply to any tech support questions I've sent. ava.me works great with a braille display. Definitely worth checking out. Source: over 2 years ago
