The writer uses pen and paper, but I'm more digitally inclined myself. To implement the method in my life I found the ideal software in Tana (https://tana.inc/). We use slite.com (for no particular reason) and link to each sop in a google spreadsheet process thats set up for a particular large task. That spreadshseet is shared among everyone. Each SOP contains a video as well of how to do the task being as specific as possible. Source: almost 2 years ago
