  Maybe look at finding online options for the "more strategic and lengthy board games"? I know there are lots of options for Diplomacy (which is especially suitable for online play, having discrete turns), but I'm sure you'll be able to find similar online portals for other games (e.g. https://tabletopia.com). • Legion Go: Just Tablet-Mode Games

  Game I tested recently that I was impressed by how well it worked was Baldur's Gate Enhanced edition. Worked great using the track pad and worked great using just the touch screen. So based on this, I imagine BG2 Enhanced edition and Torment Enhanced would work really well as well as its the same dev. All gog.com.   There was this company when I was a kid called Spiderweb Software. They released independent RPG games for windows in the 90s and 2000s. I highly reccomend their Avernum series of games. You can get them for dirt cheap on gog.com. Source: 6 months ago
