Oh! I got side-tracked. There are dozens of tools for keeping Etsy and Shopify in sync. Just because I once bought a lifetime license for https://syncspider.com, I have been using that service to import Etsy listings and images over to WooCommerce. Long answer: this topic has been covered here many times, that Notion is just not a very advanced relational database. You can’t relate items from different databases unless you manually select a “relation” to another database (which requires the user to have permissions for that related database).
