It doesn't use Google Maps, but you just press the location on the map, click add, then it autosorts to give you an optimized itinerary (like yours does) and spits out the itinerary.   Fair fair. Most of the services have export functions to take your code offline, not sure if Softr does. But anycase, if you don't want to use a no-code web-based builder, then you can try something like Bootstrap Studio to build with Bootstrap CSS.
