  Going off of https://swissdevjobs.ch/, there are 516 jobs listed, with 349 having german as a required language. While of course this isn't the definite answer, and maybe a lot of company would still hire someone who doesn't speak german, you are initially at a disadvantage trying to get hired with them.   Have you considered contract work? It would get your foot in the door and get you a paycheck. Get a free resume review at https://www.topresume.com/ and make sure your LI profile matches it. Also, do a search on your job position and make sure you are maximizing key words so the ATS picks up your resume. You can also post your resume to hired.com and let companies interview you.
