While of course this isn't the definite answer, and maybe a lot of company would still hire someone who doesn't speak german, you are initially at a disadvantage trying to get hired with them.   I've finally checked the swissdevjobs.ch platform and I am gobsmacked at how many low salaries are being offered. There was even one with 60k starting salary for a junior developer who is expected to be based in CH, so it's not even a remote role. What am I missing? Where are all of the graduates going?
