Image-shrinker is a simple, easy to use open source tool for shrinking images. Under the hood it uses pngquant, mozjpg, SVGO, and gifsicle. You can also install these tools individually if you need to compress some images. I often use pngquantafter exporting PNGs for web projects from Figma or similar tools. Open the terminal and cd to the folder containing your SVG files and run the command Inkscape *.svg --export-plain-svg --export-type=svg And Inkscape is going to save your files as plain SVG and append the word "_out" to them. Blender is amazing for rigging, but for everything else you described I'd say you should consider svgator.com. Not that popular from what I've seen on here, and the free plan is limited, but as far as ease of using goes it's hard to beat. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to install/download. It's grown a bunch since the first time I've used it, and even their mid-tier subscription plan will pay for itself... Source: about 2 years ago
