  • 25 Best Productivity Apps: 2023 Review Guide
Email is one of those unavoidable things that can eat up a ton of our time -- while causing a great deal of anxiety to boot. Superhuman is an AI-powered email app designed for busy professionals seeking a blazingly fast email experience. With dozens of features like automatically prioritizing emails based on the recipient, follow-up reminders, automated phrases and email copy, along with event scheduling,... - Source: dev.to / 8 months ago
  • What are your top productivity tools?
Other tools I use: Superhuman for Email, Akiflow for tasks and calendar, Roam for notes/PKB, and one sec to reduce opening distracting apps. Source: 10 months ago
  • What tools help you in your leadership role?
For example, I love Slack (https://slack.com) when it has clear rules around its use. In the case of our team that was that stuff on slack wasn't urgent, but a way to note things that we would like from others when they had a moment. If we wanted something urgent we would go and talk to them. I also really liked Notion (https://www.notion.so) for organising thoughts, and ideas. I like Asana (https://asana.com) for... • Give me one reason I this business will fail.
Unlike other posters, I think I got a good idea what this is. You are routing social posts to the user's Inbox, correct? My question is, what makes you think people want their tweets, FB feeds, IG posts etc. Via email? My perception is that email accounts are already glutted, and the bigger opportunity is finding ways to streamline and simplify inbound email, as Superhuman does. Curious what kind of research you... • How to copy a file between devices?
To add to this, it's reasonably easy to run, and has many different plugins, from a calendar and contacts list, to an online document editor (like Google Docs, except it can be pretty slow and/or resource intensive: https://nextcloud.com/office/), to a simple clone of Slack (https://nextcloud.com/talk/), a mail client (https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/mail) and other things. That said, I've had updates (across... - Source: Hacker News / 3 months ago
  • Don't Forget Microsoft
    > I think for the original poster complaining about not being able to switch was because of integration between the different tools which they find too useful to forego. Ohh, that's a good point, something that I didn't consider in detail! The closest that I've seen would be OnlyOffice integration (https://nextcloud.com/onlyoffice/) and the mail app (https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/mail) for Nextcloud, but neither... - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
  • Is there a tool to have an Thunderbird-like inbox for multiple email accounts?
Nextcloud, apparently. Haven't tried this plugin myself though. But if you don't already use it this might be overkill. Source: over 2 years ago
  • web based email client
Yes, if you set up a nextcloud installation (which will cover many of your other privacy bases), there is a addon (Mail) that is an email client that works like Thunderbird in that it accesses your other accounts via IMAP. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Alternative to Gmail/Google Workspace for a small business
Have you considered using nextcloud? They are open-source and from what I have looked-up right now they seem to have E-Mail too (https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/mail) Nextcloud offers 0retty much everything else too. They even have a tool to migrate all your data over from the google-suite so you dont have to take care of that :) And if you dont over 8 GB then its free (might work for email) Hope it helps.
