What tools help you in your leadership role?

Superhuman Slack Asana
  1. Superhuman is an email management tool.
For example, I love Slack (https://slack.com) when it has clear rules around its use. In the case of our team that was that stuff on slack wasn't urgent, but a way to note things that we would like from others when they had a moment. If we wanted something urgent we would go and talk to them. I also really liked Notion (https://www.notion.so) for organising thoughts, and ideas. I like Asana (https://asana.com) for managing projects. And superhuman (https://superhuman.com) for staying on top of email comms (usually beyond the team, as the team is on slack). I find these tools brought a level of simplicity to aspects of the work.
