The end result was a stalemate. Reddit did not change any of its policies. Enough of the people responsible for posting and managing content left the platform. Here's a fun thing to look at, https://subredditstats.com/ for any major subreddit, e.g.: https://subredditstats.com/r/worldnews https://subredditstats.com/r/explainlikeimfive https://subredditstats.com/r/videos All of the most popular subreddits show a... - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago
Reddit is the other place where huge political slap fights happened for America and a few others with massive legions of bots flooding the site with Qanon and Pizzagate making debuts here from 4chan, now its in a weaker position to fight bots than before and helmed by a man who thinks conspiracies are good. Awesome! Thanks for the advice. I'd never heard of greenhouse.io or lever.co but I'll def check them out. Source: 12 months ago
Correct, the field is marked as required and I can't progress if it's blank. I see this all the time on sites like lever.co . Source: 12 months ago
God I love Lever so much. Whoever made Lever doesn't know just how much I appreciate them, fighting against those cursed portals like Workday, ICIMS, and Brassring to make the grueling application process so much more bearable just by being simple and friendly. Every time I see an internship application direct to a lever.co site, I have a small celebration in my brain. Thank you Lever. Source: 12 months ago
Basically the title. If I'm going to apply for google, microsoft, etc. I would totally go through the process and fill out the application form. But sometimes I just randomly want to pass my CV and see what sticks. In that case, I just want to limit myself to companies that only need a CV and have a one-click submission process like lever.co.
