The OP mentioned $50 per month per employee. Isn't it per year, not per month? Is that old pricing? I'm looking at https://workspace.google.com/pricing.html and I don't know if this is the right thing, but it'd be $7.20/user/month when paid monthly, which is the important thing if there is turnover.
