For the invoicing that is something I would look at my bookkeeping software to provide. There are a bunch of vendors out there to choose from. The advantage is they can manage the generation and sending of invoices and automatically sending follow up messages when the invoice hasn’t been paid. Quick books is the biggest player in the space. I've been trying to setup AUTHELIA but the 2FA tokens fail on send. I've tried using a new Gmail account for SMTP and even went as far as setting up a Mailgun account to get it to send. Absolutely refuses. I also self-host CRATER INVOICE which I just use internally for record keeping, and tried both the Gmail and Mailgun SMTP setups with it as well.
