I've been trying to setup AUTHELIA but the 2FA tokens fail on send. I've tried using a new Gmail account for SMTP and even went as far as setting up a Mailgun account to get it to send. Absolutely refuses. I also self-host CRATER INVOICE which I just use internally for record keeping, and tried both the Gmail and Mailgun SMTP setups with it as well. The biggest problem of all open source solutions, accountants' experience aside, is the lack of banking and taxes integration, especially outside of US, e.g. For Asian, South American, or African businesses.
