So if you want to download something from lets say, YouTube, the speed will be slightly different because now you're connecting to Google's server, not your ISP's server. Constellix is a great product but I do not believe you can send RFC dynamic updates to them or anyone on your list. With some providers, you can send RFC compliant NOTIFY and then they will perform the IXFR / AXFR from you.
