There are none that I know of; most folks I know who do galaxy maps either make them by hand with their digital paint tools of choice, or utilize the procedurally-generated ones from Space Engine. Sounds like a cliche but las vegas is actually super walking friendly. and weather isnt a big deal since you can spend time in the casino / shops all over there too. a ton of shows. recommend vegas.com if you book things since they are $ cheaper than directly from the show and never had problems.
