No need to become a music creator if that's not your thing. Just avoid using commercial music in your videos. There are plenty of royalty-free music resources out there, allowing you to add a music background to your youtube video without the risk of getting a copyright infringement claim. Https://mixkit.co (hopefully this link works if not you can google it) I did get a copyright claim once, but that was just because some video made by someone(which was a compilation of royalty free music I might add) included that song.
