I am in shop for a speech recon library that works offline and can fit on a phone (Android). I used to use Snips AI (https://snips.ai/), which worked well until it was acquired by Sonos. Now the portal is down and I can't modify the model anymore. Looking for something ideally written in C or that can target C for portability. I use, Teams for online interviews, https://otranscribe.com/ for transcription and https://intuido.eu/ for writing down insights (sometimes I use Intuido in the field to directly capture insights, or I give it to clients and they write their own insights as well). For that reason, I think this would be a good candidate for an open-source program. Unfortunately, while there are a number of FOSS speech-to-text libraries, finding one implemented in a simple program is harder. The only thing I found after a quick search was oTranscribe which seems to be an interview tool for journalists, but if all you need is for someone to be able to dictate an email to be copy-pasted...
