If I look on snagajob.com and search for cleaner, there are families that are looking for a part time cleaner but they probably only speak English. It's essentially more like running a business and less like being an employee. Unless you're hired as an employee through something like remote.com, then you do have a safety net and they have to comply with various stuff. Source: 10 months ago
