Have been digging a little more in the little time I have spare at the moment - Seems DNS blacklists/redirect are not fully successfull. Even though I have redirected the domains sling.com, slingbox.com and slingmedia.com to a local "HoneyPod" on my lan it still appears that the slingbox is trying to talk to 67.148.153.136 and 67.148.153.250 on the internet which it can not get to since I shutdown all internet... I was also using YouTube for the first time but was also still watching videos from random sites like break.com, ebaumsworld, etc... Used to still go to Hollywood Video at this time but this was the last year where I went there a lot because they took away all of the GameCube games in 2007. Also went to Mall of America for vacation this year. Source: about 1 year ago
