Napping in blocks actually isn't a bad sleep pattern if it works for you. I sleep in 2 3-hour blocks and sometimes an additional 2-hour nap, I can't sleep for more than 6 hours at a time, and usually not really more than 4. I was always exhausted. Free Alarm Clock can do precisely that. I have been using it for a number of years. There is an install and a portable version on the site. The only thing that it cannot do is to switch the audio source for example if the audio output is set to front headphones, it cannot select rear audio output.
